Garry and his crew come with our absolute highest recommendation. Garry’s timely communication is beyond comparison. We had a complete redo of our sloped backyard with Listonia building a pool, cabana, shed for a camper trailer, tool shed, potting shed, raised garden beds, two lawns, all the lighting and automated water systems, a fire pit and space for our existing trampoline. We were thrilled with the entire process from design to completion with Garry’s meticulous eye for detail and quality finishes. His crew, including any contractors he brought onsite were extremely “family friendly”. We could trust that our young children wouldn’t hear or witness any crude behaviour, talk or playlists. They were a gift to have here for the many long months of work it took to complete with unexpected delays due to rain and flooding. Once it was all complete, we invited Garry and his crew along with their families to a BBQ and pool party so they could enjoy the fruits of their labour. We have never had tradespeople work with us before that have consistently displayed such high work ethic and fun.

Listonia did an awesome job transforming our pool area into an entertainment space by building a custom gazebo and firepit area with bench seating, as well as revising our front yard with a new fence and garden bed. Garry was great to work with and helped us come up with a perfect design for our space and his whole team was always friendly and did an excellent job. They were able to accomodate a few changes along the way and still delivered the project in time for Christmas as promised. We love our new outdoor space!

Gary and his team did a great job at my house building a new deck, as well as rectifying some damaged brickwork and tiles. Gary was always polite and friendly and returned my e-mails and calls ASAP. We had an area of approximately 100 square meters landscaped at our home in Burpengary by Gary and his staff from Listonia in February 2021. We had landscaping plans drawn up for the work from another landscaper several years earlier but weren’t in a position to have the work undertaken until recently. The job essentially required constructing three separate “outdoor rooms”, each approximately 25 square m (5x5m) with an adjacent stepped pathway leading to the front of the house. The three rooms consisted of a hardwood deck (palawan timber) under an existing Stratco patio cover with large palawan bench seat, a beautiful thick (200x200mm) ironbark pergola with palawan hardwood bench seat, and the third room was an open area with plants, fire pit, palawan daybed and large 3-piece corten screen. The uncovered areas included travertine stone tiles on a concrete slab of approximately 50 square meters. The landscaped gardens, bench seating and corten screens included LED lighting. We love the texture and warmth of natural timber and Brendon did a fantastic job cladding the existing metal Stratco posts in 200mm wide merbau hardwood. We are very happy with the job, which cost about $50,000. Our family and friends have also complimented us on the work, and we now use the areas to celebrate, entertain and relax as much as possible. We are confident that it was a wise investment that has significantly increased the value of our home. Gary is experienced, professional, trustworthy and approachable, and we have no hesitation recommending him to our family and friends. The quality of the workmanship, carpentry and tiling was very good. We are pretty careful and it took us a long time before we chose Listonia. We engaged Garry and his team from Listonia Landscaping to design and create the landscape for our home and pool area and we couldn’t be happier with the result, taking it from a tired old palm tree and golden cane mess to a beautiful native billabong oasis.

From the initial consultation to the design, work and completed job, everything was done promptly, professionally, politely and within budget with no hidden surprises.

I can’t recommend them highly enough other than to say we love what they have done to our home and we’re already planning our next project with them.

My wife and I began searching for a landscape design & construct contractor after speaking to numerous landscapers whom gave us little or no direction or ideas that really won us over until we found Listonia Landscaping. When we first meet the owner Garry, just speaking to him we were instantly assured that we had found the right professional contractor from the way he conducted himself in a very professional manner and eased our minds moving forward with our home project. The design stage was made easy after throwing around ideas with Garry’s landscape architect Rob. The design that we received was overwhelming, we didn’t think you could do that with our yard. We had minimal design changes made to suit our budget wants and needs. The first day on site just showed how professional Garry and his team really were and that our home and yard were in good hands. Garry notified us of any unforeseen issues immediately and handled them with minimal disruption to our project. Also Garry assisted us by project managing and supplying extra contractors to completing painting of our house plus replacement of rusted down pipes and damaged fascia boards. Friends and relatives think it looks like a resort. We live outside now and cannot stop going outside. One tip I would like to pass on with the design stage have an open mind because you may be amazed about the results. Thanks Garry to you and your team from our family

We engaged Listonia Landscaping to lay silver travertine pavers in our front courtyard and patio. Garry was timely and professional during the quoting process and his engaging character encouraged us to choose his services over others. When it was time to carry out the work, this was done on time and with a high degree of consultation with us throughout job. Although our job was not large, it was definitely fiddly and Garry’s attention to detail really came into play. If there was anything we wanted adjusted or changed during the job, Garry was happy to accommodate our wishes. The outcome was a very elegant entrance to our home with a beautifully laid “rug” of travertine. After the job was over we inadvertently broke two tiles when installing our spa and Garry responded and replaced those tiles within a few days of the damage being done.

We engaged Listonia Landscaping for a better outdoor living area which included new paving, new pool fence, outdoor kitchen and landscaping. The service provided throughout the project from quoting stage to completion was professionally delivered. I received followup calls after the quoting stage and received ongoing progress on the project. The project manager was onsite most days to ensure quality and on time completion. He showed a lot of care and interest on the end product for us. He paid attention to details and have been flexible to new ideas and changes throughout the project. The result of the landscaping work was innovative and professional.

We had to level our sloping backyard to created a reasonably level backyard four our future family. In addition to levelling the yard, we created required retaining walls and underground ag piping.

Garry Condi is a good person and a pleasure to work with. He listened to all our ideas and gave us many other good ideas which we used.

Seven (7) years after completion, we have had no problem with flooding, we often use the backyard and still are proud of the sandstone retaining wall.

We recommend Garry.

I was looking for someone to design and build a stone water feature, pond and fountain. I had contacted several trades people and received various quotes, some extremely expensive for roughly the same thing. I spoke to Gary about what I was looking for and he was very flexible in working with me on the design and the budget to get things right. We could not have been happier with the result and Gary worked verty hard and on a public holiday and weekends to get our feature finished in time for us to host a party, this was not expected but hugely appreciated.
I would recommend Gary to anyone, he is a very affable and friendly person who does a brilliant job.
